HEPA Separator is a conventional type of HEPA, commonly used in High Static Air Handling Units (AHUs).
It can be used widely in various applications such as cleanrooms, hospitals, laboratories, etc.

General

• HEPA V-Bank is specially designed in to cater for high air volume and variable air volume applications, such as power plants and Air Handling Systems (AHSs).

• It is designed uniquely for its extraordinary large media area for long lifespan.

General  

• Minipleat HEPA is often used together with Fan Filter Unit (FFU), Disposable Terminal Module (DTM) or Replaceable Terminal Module (RPM).

• It is widely used in cleanroom applications as well as hospitals in places such as operating theatres, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), isolation rooms, laboratories, etc.

General

• EAPA-FFU is commonly used in cleanroom applications, especially for Class 100 and below.

• It is used extensively in laminar hoods and research centres. It comes with a fan motor in the unit itself, together with a minipleat HEPA at the bottom of the casing.

• EAPA-Terminal Module is vastly used in cleanroom and hospital applications.

• Differ from EAPA-FFU, EAPA-TM does not come with a fan motor in it. As such, the casing profile is much lower. Similarly, EAPA-TM comes with a minipleat HEPA at the bottom of the casing.

General  

• Euro-Carb Carbon Panel Filters are designed for dual functions: to remove dirt and dust from the airstream, as well as obnoxious and harmful gases, VOC’s, and undesirable odors effectively.

• EACB-P filters are catered for vapor, fumes, soldering, de-soldering operations, process containment, hazardous environment protection, and cleanroom applications.

• Other typical applications include built-up filter banks, rooftop units, split systems, free standing units, package systems and air handlers.

Material   : Polyester Media with highest grade of Activated Carbon Granules bonded to synthetic fiber substrate
Frame     : 2-piece diecut frames made of high wet strength beverage board Efficiency : G4 ( MERV 8 )
Remarks : Contains activated carbon granules with minimum 60% CTC    activity rating at 25ºC.
              : Recommended temperature limit is 45ºC

• Euro-Carb deep-pleat box-type chemical filters are engineered for ultra high removal efficiency of low level concentration of Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC).

• A high surface area-to-depth ratio provides the maximum amount of effective filter media in areas of minimum in-line duct space.

• Euro-Aire’s Euro-Carb V chemical filter is made for extreme challenging environmental applications, where high removal efficiency of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and other undesirable foul or toxic gases is demanded.

Model No: EACB-V  

• Filter frame is made of high impact ABS plastic with strong vertical support struts.

• Filter is designed in V-Bank shape to ensure uniform airflow across the entire surface of the media, achieving maximum efficiency and life-cycle of media.

• Air-tight construction including rubber gasket seals on ALS ( Air Leaving Size ) to eliminate air bypass and ensure complete air treatment.

• Socks (installed on ALS) are available (separately) to serve as after-filter to prevent carbon dusting.

• Each honeycomb panel contains at least 14.5kgs of highest quality carbon granules for size 24”x24”. Carbon granules are designed to be water resistant to prevent performance deterioration under high humidity conditions.
